CHARTER CLUB OFFICERS & DIRECTORS INSTALLATION CEREMONY

1.    Introduce the installing Officer and have him/her come to the podium to perform the ceremony.

2.    The Installing Officer shall call the names of the Officers and Directors to be installed and ask them to come forward and form a line facing the membership (club to provide list of names and titles).

3.    The Installing Officer shall ask the Officers and Directors to raise their right hands and repeat after him/her, the following, filling in their own name and title when appropriate.

do hereby swear that I will uphold and defend the By-laws of my club and those of the California

Congress of Republicans, and that I will perform the duties of my office without reservation,
